AUDIOVISUAL FOUNDATION
The Audiovisual Foundation, FUNDAV, is a private, non-profit Cultural organization that has been working in Santa Cruz de la Sierra since 2001. an answer to write and fix in images the history and development of cinema, television, video and now multimedia.
Over the years, the Audiovisual Foundation has developed various activities, some of which were:
Children's Film Cycles.-This activity was carried out for 4 years, in different spaces such as the House of Culture, and some neighborhoods of our city.
activity that sought to give the public the opportunity to enjoy classic films and provide a space for reflection and debate.
Visual Pleasures Workshop:dictated by Rodrigo Bellot, film director, this workshop exposed the principles and theories of alternative cinema.
Workshop on the analysis of technological transformations and audiovisual languages:dictated by Nicolás Lorite, Director of the Faculty of Audiovisual Communication of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain.
Workshop on film direction.-Dictated by Marcos Loayza, film director.
Image language workshop in television journalism.-dictated by Nicholas Lorite.
Television journalism workshop.- training and updating of journalists in the provinces of Santa Cruz.
Course on television production for children, con environmental theme.-which consisted in training children in the Bolivian Pantanal.
National meeting of professional trainers in cinema, television and video.-activity that allowed to strengthen knowledge and share experiences among teachers of the audiovisual area.
The abc of cinema.-intended for audiovisual production for children, this activity has been running since 2008 and is part of the children's film festival.
Film Forum.-activity carried out once a month, at the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, AECID. After the screening of the film, a space for reflection and debate is generated.
