Call 2022

 

The FUNDAV Audiovisual Foundation convenes the 22 ma. Version of the Santa Cruz International Film Festival, FENAVID to be held in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia from October 21 to 27, 2022.  

  

Bases.

1.-All productions made between 2020 and 2022 can participate.

two.-You can participate in the following sections:

feature film section

• Fiction Feature Film (from 60 min or more)

• Documentary Feature Film (from 60 min or more)

• Short Film Section

• Fiction Short Film (Up to 20 min.)

• Documentary Short Film (Up to 20 min.)

• Animation Short Film (Up to 20 min.)

• University Section

• Fiction Short Film (Up to 20 min.)

• Documentary Short Film (Up to 20 min.)

• Video Clip Section

 

3.-All works must be spoken or subtitled in Spanish.

4.-Each work must be registered and sent individually.

5.-The works must be sent online through a link on VIMEO for the viewing stage by the selection commissions.

The classified works must be sent in higher quality formats for their projection to the official sample of the Festival. For this, the Festival will communicate with the representatives of the selected works and will coordinate their corresponding submission.

6.-The official registration form must be duly completed online. The form can be found on the official page of the festival: www.fenavid.com

7.-The organization does not cancel any type of Fee for the exhibition of the selected works in the Official Exhibition, nor is it responsible for the retention in the national customs or losses or damages. Each participant bears the expenses and formal procedures for all types of sending the work until it is received by the Festival.

8.-The content of the papers presented is the sole responsibility of the authors.

9.-The deadline for the reception of works is August 20, 2022 until 11:59 p.m. (Time in Bolivia). The Festival management reserves the right to admit films registered after the deadline.

10.-The composition of the selection committee and the jury is the exclusive authority of the Festival.

eleven.-The jury has the power to declare any of the categories in competition void, its decision being final.

12. -The Festival has the power to use fragments of each work for the purpose of promoting the event in all media.

• SIGNIS Award for Best Fiction

• SIGNIS Award for Best Documentary

• Special Audience Award (Fiction Feature Film)

13.-The festival jury reserves the right to add any other nomination and award a film with the corresponding diploma.

14.-By simply sending the works, the participants accept all the terms set forth in this call.
